Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (tool types, rental length, weekend pickup flag, city cost tier, damage waiver choice and percent, delivery flag, sales tax percent, quoted day or week rates, days per use, expected future uses, years, purchase price, can-borrow and storage flags, project type and size, DIY experience, tools you own, vehicle type, first-time-user flag, your first name, pickup date, extra questions and an optional phone number) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). We never ask for a street address, GPS location or payment details. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We do not send anything to rental stores, retailers or lead networks. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; names and phone numbers are optional. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed to children under 13.
